Terms of Sale

The terms outlined here are subject to change without notice, and I hold all discretion on sales. I can refuse a sale for any reason.

Buyer must read and agree to ALL Terms, and voice understanding to the terms, before initiating a transaction.

It is up to the buyer to be aware of state and local laws regarding the ownership of the snake(s) they are interested in purchasing.

Total fee due at time of purchase, or a non-refundable 25% deposit for pre-shipping totals $200 or greater. Once a deposit is received, buyer has 30 days to pay off the remaining balance, as per any agreements we make. A payment plan of 60-90 days can be implemented for any animal $400 or greater, with a minimum of 25% deposit.

No animal will be held without a deposit; if no deposit is received, the buyer has no claim to any animals they inquire about. No deposits for animals under $200, these will be on a first come first serve basis.

Fees on this site do not include shipping, but if shipping is included I will label it as such. I only ship Tues for Wed or Wed for Thurs arrival, and the package must be picked up from a nearby Fedex shipping center. Absolutely no residential addresses.

Health guarantee upon arrival only. DOAs can be compensated with a suitable replacement animal or a full refund. Credit for a new animal in the future is also an option. If you are not there to receive the animal, however, any refunds are void.

All animals received by the buyer will be the one paid for, and sex will be correct.
