Terms of Sale

The terms outlined here are subject to change without notice, and I hold all discretion on sales. I can refuse a sale for any reason.

Buyer must read and agree to ALL Terms, and voice understanding to the terms, before initiating a transaction.

It is up to the buyer to be aware of state and local laws regarding the ownership of the snake(s) they are interested in purchasing.

Total fee due at time of purchase, or a non-refundable 25% deposit. Once a deposit is received, buyer has 30-90 days to pay off the remaining balance, as per any agreements we make.

No animal will be held without a deposit; if no deposit is received, the buyer has no claim to any animals they inquire about. No sales will be entertained without the total fee or a deposit, either, so as not to waste either of our time.

Fees on this site do not include shipping, but there is a flat $50 fee for shipping. I only ship Mon for Tues arrival, and the package must be picked up from a nearby Fedex shipping center. Absolutely no residential addresses.

Health guarantee upon arrival only. DOAs can be compensated with a suitable replacement animal or a full refund. Credit for a new animal in the future is also an option. If you are not there to receive the animal, however, any refunds are void.

All animals received by the buyer will be the one paid for, and sex will be correct.

Payments are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
